Its Day one for my tracking and exercise regime,So I tend to install and delete this app as my weight goes up and down. I'm serious this time I wanna get healthy and shed some weight! I'm hoping to get some support from anyone who is positive and I'm here to give support too! Any tips on how to portion control are greatly appreciated
