After the birth of my child 7 months ago I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8, truely missing my baby weight and determined to get some gains!!!

    eat in a caloric surplus - 250 to 500 calories..lift heavy, hit micros/macros, repeat until you get to desired weight.

    So what are you looking to put back on? Did you want to get back to a size 12 or are you looking to fill out with muscle?

    I also had to gain back after baby....I just ate, upped my protein, and lifted.
