Hi everyone... New today and so motivated by so many posts I've seen so far. Taking me some time to navigate the site but getting there. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and decided to come here for the kick start I need to regain health, strength, and HOPE!

    hi maggiemay530,I'm starting over again as well. The first step is the most difficult. I know its going to be hard at times but stay focused stay motivated. Remember,you are worth it!!!!

    Thanx stinkjones64... Just got back from my second piddly 1/2 mile walk for the day but it alone is way more than I've done in a very long time, so I don't mean to minimize what I'm doing. ... Every step is a success, right? Thanks so much for your kind words and you remember as well that YOU are worth it!!!!
