Carb intake while cutting

How low do you guys keep your carbs while trimming up? I'm trying to keep the carbs low, like under 200g, while I try to loose some body fat quick. I'm hoping to gain a little muscle at the same time, so I'm trying to keep the protein above 150g and the rest goes to (mostly) healthy fats.

I feel great 4 days in but I gotta admit, Im hungry as a mother. Cutting the carbs has definitely made it harder to feel satisfied after a meal and the cravings for anything starchy is ridiculous. This is my main issue so if anyone has any advice to help in this dept I'd appreciate it.

That's the problem with creating a large deficit and hoping for quick results...

What do you have your calories set at? Your diary is all over the place with non-logged days, over days, etc. You don't need to cut your carbs down drastically in order to reduce bodyfat. In fact, if you're looking to keep performance up in the gym it would make sense to keep them as high as possible while still remaining in a caloric deficit....

I'm cutting on 335g carbs, losing 1- 1.5 lbs a week with no cardio and increasing strength.

Also, you seem to have very low fiber - no fruits, veggies, etc which are high volume foods and help with not only satiation, but micronutrients as well...

So you're at 1400-ish calories, before counting fat...? Am I understanding correctly?
