Going out to eat

Hey community!
I don't know if it's just me, but I go out to eat a lot and I find it almost impossible to track what I'm eating and my macros and so forth. Is there any possible way to avoid this besides staying home and eating at places that provide the calories?

Just wanted to see what you guys did to circumvent this.
Also feel free to add me I'm new!

    If the restaurant doesn't have a nutrition guide on their website then you just take your best guess and use the closest entry on MFP that you can find (most choose the highest cal entry)
