DDR

Does any do dance dance revolution for exercise? I have been & love the workout it gives me.How do I track it though? It's a lot more than just dancing!

First part of my weightloss was DDR. To the point where I even got a metal pad. I logged it as general aerobics, about 400 cal/hr - because while it CAN be intense if you are good, there's a lot of downtime usually. I got up to 7-8 on heavy.

But yah, play video games and lose weight - it's great. Lookup stepmania if you have a pc and a USB pad - and can hook it up to a TV.

LOL I love DDR. Haven't played in a while, but we do have the soft type of pads at home :-)

Like 10 years ago (wow I'm old lol) I lost 40 lbs without even really trying cause I used to play DDR every day for hours...

I'm gonna have to break out my dance pad when I get home. I miss playing.

I like DDR too. I got a bunch of ps2 games for it. Glad to see a metal pad worked out for someone; was worried about the quality.
