I had not been listening to music while working out at home because it was new routine, and I do not have an IPod. About a week ago, I brought a radio into that room - and lucky to have hour of good songs. My workout increased from 250-ish calories to 400 calories burned (based on what machine said) for same workout time! I am going to look into the songs some of you have posted! Thanks!

Ha ha yeah working out with music really does help you get more done, or at least thats what i feel (:

If i'm not listening to Zombies, Run, I prefer techno music. I love melodic percussion types of songs.

My favorite Pandora station for workout songs is "Today's Hip Hop and Pop Hits Radio".

As someone mentioned, you can do the thumbs up/ down if they play songs you don't like, or if you are just sick of a song you can ask them to stop playing it for a while by selecting the ^ symbol next to the name of the song playing, then the "..." on the far right and select "I'm tired of this track" (for phone app).

I love most of Rihanna's upbeat songs for working out. Others I've been running to lately:
    Mr. Saxobeat (Alexanra Stan)
    Sweet Nothing (Calvin Harris)
    Work B*tch (Britney Spears)
    In the Dark (Dev)
