Looking to motivate and be motivated

Single mom of 4. I'm 34 I was 220 at highest weight and over past year I have lost a few lbs and inches I'm now 166. My gw is 145 put I'm trying to focus on how far I have come not how far I have to go. Motivating others helps keep me in check.

Thank you @kidcuba176 it's been a painfully slow process with alot of stand stills . But moving more and eating less is how I did it0

Thas the way to do it. I see so many people complicating things when it's truly simple. We make it hard but it doesn't have to be. I started my diet on Wednesday and I'm already down nine pounds. Low calories, lots of exercise. Basic stuff lol.
Your very close to your goal. Keep it in sight and soon you'll be staring at it in the mirror0 -
Woohoo! Look at you dropping lbs like a boss. @kidcuba176 that's awesome. Keep it up. Some days are easier then others .I have also found those that support you in beginning kinda get weird after awhile. I'm told now I'm obsessed with my diet and working out is all I talk about and I'm too skinny. I think it's because I have changed (for better) but people don't like change. That's why I'm loving that I found this section. 9 lbs wow did you reward self?0
