Ready to manage my stress!

I seem to have one good week of great exercising and eating, but it is only to be undone with a bad week of less intense exercise and poor nutritional choices. I have noticed that my stress levels really have been correlating with how well I feel and thus influencing the decisions I make.

I am not out of shape necessarily, but ever since I gained 10 pounds due to a lot of stress around the holidays last year and eating lots of sweets, I can't seem to lose it. My clothes don't fit like they are supposed to and due to losing my job because of budget cuts, I can't afford to buy new clothes either. My confidence is dwindling I am ready to get back to feeling like me again.
