Canging life style

I have 26 pounds to go the last 6 won't be hard but these twenty will give me struggle... I found my self always struggling at certain numbers like 67 kg 65 63 and 61. It's like every 4 pounds down my weight maintains for couple days till it kicks in curve again to go down. That makes the dieting and working out so much harder and longer. I'm motivated and have lost 36 pounds in general since last year but I still want to get those pesky 26 to be fully happy and change my lifestyle and food choises for good. I work out once a day currently for 20 minutes mixing cardio and building lean muscle .I have rather active job:I'm a chef(so yes the temptation is huge)and have set diet wich is doable:100 gr of meats (Turkey,tuna,chicken,beef) 100gr of vegetables (mostly green)and 50 wholewheat pasta ,brown rice,or baked potato.fruits some wholeweat unsweetened cereal low fat yogurts (on rare occasions) a lot of water , green tea. Brown toast egg salads and some turkey or chicken slices.I hope everyone gets to the desired goals! Stay strong and healthy.
