trying to get started.... again

Hello everyone!

Where to begin....well I am in my early 20s, 5ft.9in. 228lbs. For the last three years I have been working on and off on trying to loss roughly 85lbs in the long run. I have currently lost 7lbs, which makes me happy. But it is definitely a struggle to stay motivated and finding the time between classes and work is almost mission impossible.

School is over for now, and I have just started to go back to gym. I have not lost any of my strength over the last semester. I was able to lift the weights easily... like I had never took a break. I hope to now to continue to make progress at the gym.

My short term goal is to get to 190 lbs or under by the end of the year. While it may not seem like a lot, the challenge is staying motivated and finding time between classes and dealing with living in another country.
