Best time to exercise

I make a point of doing it in the morning, i feel i put more effort in and do a little more each day. When i used to do it after work i would sometimes not complete what i shud. Just set ur alarm half an hour earlier and away u go. Good luck.

    I like to wake up with coffee, a good playlist, and the treadmill as a daily routine.

    But I ride or go to the gym 5 days a week.

    Best time to exercise is the time of day most convenient to you so it becomes a routine.

    For me it's 9 am when my body feels fully awake. Since that's not feasible, I do it right after work. My work outs are approx 45 mins - 90 mins long and I already up at 4.30am ...no way I am getting up any earlier
