Same smell in nostrils when eating as when I over exercise...

I noticed that lately, when eating a lot of protein I will have that same Burny/ amonia smell like when I exercise too much. Does anybody have an idea or experience about this?

It's caused by not eating enough carbs. Your body is burning amino acids for energy.

If I'm trying to loose weight, is that bad? I've been reading up a little and got myself confused.

Depends. How do you feel about smelling like ammonia? How do your coworkers feel about you smelling like ammonia?

sure they don't. nobody noticed that last fart either. but if you don't mind it, it's not a health hazard or detrimental to your workouts, so go for it.
