I have noticed that my weight changes on a daily basis! I suppose it is due to my lunch intake..
Of course it changes on a daily basis and it does for a variety of reasons. Lunch it probably not the biggest reason.What is the right time to take your weight? Morning or evening? Or somewhere in between.
Whatever works best for you but I would try to make everything as consistent as possible. This is typically first thing in the morning. There's a lot going on during the day that will create a lot of noise.0
