I have been at this journey since January of 2014, weighing in at 294 lbs (heaviest at 305 lbs). I made a goal to get to the weight I was my junior year of High School, 175 lbs. Currently I am weighing in at 183 lbs, so very close! I am feeling much more confident in my own skin and comparison pictures through this whole process have kept me going as well as all MFP friends! <3e4ilopk782sz.jpg

    Update!
    I'm currently weighing in at 168lbs, I've been at a stall for a few months. I just started a new program yesterday - 21 Day Fix - I'm ecstatic to do this program, time to start adding toning to the mix and get those numbers to drop on the scale and the measuring tape. This definitely a journey and not something that can be done over night but it's so worth all the muscle pain and the sweat, when you get to see the progress you've made throughout your journey!
