Alberta girl here, looking to lose 100-ish lbs. Lost 40 last year, going to make it 60 this year. I'm motivated, confident and full of will power! Together we can do this! Add me and we'll keep each other inspired.

    Yes and I quit three years ago so I'm not very happy about it. My lungs burn.... Rain last weekend seemed to clear it up. How are you doing up there?

    Smoke seems to have cleared out of Edmonton yesterday; the rain last night sure helped. The back of my throat sure feels better this morning!!

    My whole family is in Alberta. Am in Quebec. Have 60 to go as well.
