Hello, I know weight loss can be frustrating at first. When did you start your weight loss journey?
1. Are you accurately weighing all your food on a food scale?
2. Logging to the best of your abilities everything you consume?
3. Creating a caloric deficit either thru exercise and/or by eating less then what you you burn?
