new here! Hello, hello! I'm very excited to be giving this a real chance! I'm looking to lose some weight and get fit. Im looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Went through something that really made me realize how important health and fitness is. I'm very committed to being the best me I can be!
Looking for motivation and tips on how to get the best results! I'm also on a small budget with no gym membership, but I do have the Insanity tapes and there's a lot of nature where I am. Plenty to do. My dream is to compete in a American Ninja Warrior event or a Tough Mudder. I've got to overcome my bad knees though (had a serious knee injury 7 years ago and am still struggling to run).
