I have been on this roller coaster for years. I get motivated lose about 20 lbs and then get bored and or burnt out and fall flat on my face again. I always fail because I just cannot seem to figure out how to stay away from fast food and junk food. I am a picky eater....I don't like fish or seafood (I cannot even stand the thought of trying either), I have very few vegetables that I can eat and even when I try to do better and eat those I almost feel sick trying to force them down. My diet consists mainly of beef, pasta, bread, potatoes, and anything sweet. I do throw in a piece of fruit here and there. I need help learning how to cook healthier and being prepared so I don't end up eating the junk. I work full time with two children so I don't have a lot of extra time (even when I do I am so tired I don't feel like cooking a lot). How do I break the habit and improve my health and how I feel not only physically, but emotionally?
