Time to shift the flab!

Hi all!
I thought I would just introduce myself as I have been working on the plan and lurking around the boards for about 3 weeks now.
I am 30 years old and this is my second time around on weight loss.
I previously lost 6 stone with WeightWatchers but gradually fell back into bad habits and regained the weight without ever reaching goal. I have decided to give MFP a go for round 2 as I have had a few failed attempts at the WeightWatchers ProPoints plan (originally I did Points) as I cannot get my head round it! I've never counted calories before but to me this is so far making much more sense than the idea of 0ppt fruit...
So, at the moment I am taking babysteps. I am concentrating on sticking to calorie limit and not worrying too much about the "health" side of food. I know as calories become more restricted that my eating will naturally improve as I need to be wiser in making calories go further.
I will get back to sensible weight and I will learn to maintain!
