Greetings fellow fat fighters

I have rejoined MFP, as the calorie counting was such a great way to keep me honest. I'm impressed to see how many more foods are indexed - that makes it easier! I think my biggest issues are portion size and eating when I am not actually hungry. Oh, and snacking. I have a new kitchen, and am organizing it to minimize the mindless snacking that comes when the wrong foods are easily available. Thanks for being here, MFPers.
