So I have being going gym for some time and I have so real nice progress I have sorted my diet out but I am still looking for a meal plan that will help me with my goal, I do cardio and daily burn session s for core love my bench and I mix it up till max out too keep my arms looking good, need a new strategy maybe wrighting down everything I eat.
I am mexican so I pray at the bench press wenever I can and my Obsession is to have a super hero body for my daughter and wife to be proud of ;)
