Emo Eater

Hello friends in this community I would just like to take a few moments to discuss myself and my situation. I've always been the religious worker outer, that insane salad eater (I could literally eat salad three times a day)! I drink enough water and then more. I would stay away from carbs and sugar. I was organic and vegetarian UNTILL I MOVED TO SWEDEN. What American girl doesn't dream of falling in love and going to Europe to be with her dream man? However I never imagine feeling isolated in a new country full of people who speak another language. I was Imagining adventure, romance, the European lifestyle and that begins my journey of eating six donuts and a pint of Ben & Jerry in a day. So I picked up a pretty nasty emo eating habit but now I'm counting my calories and remaining on track I'm don't want to weigh myself just going to wait until my skinny jeans fit again. Quite new to this kind of eating pattern where you just eat because he feel so bad,so if anybody else has experienced this or has some positive ways to work through it Id love to hear them

Are there any other English speaking people? Getting Rosetta Stone may help! People in other countries always appreciate the attempt at their language. I lived in Germany for almost 2 years, and the only language that I retained were cuss words, and greetings/goodbyes. There was soooo much walking, and I'm assuming that is the same for Sweden? It was definitely a culture shock to me, and I ended up going through a bitterly nasty divorce, so I understand being depressed in another country(although I'm back in MI, and super super happy now, with my fiance, the father of my daughter. Once you start making some friends, it will get easier, I promise!0

I am working on my Swedish, they do have English as second language but everything is in Swedish mainly. I really appreciate your comments and sharing your life experience with me. I ride my bike everywhere so I get a lot of cardio plus I work 6 days a week. I miss going to the gym however when I am working so much and commuting by bike I am exhaustedend endof day. Tell me about yourself and your diet/healthy lifestyle.
Much love

I'm a vegetarian, and needing to lose about 55 more pounds, but I really have a bit of a larger goal than that! I am not able to do much exercising outside of walking my dog, which I usually will do a minimum of 3 miles a night. I gained a LOT of weight when I moved back here from Germany, because no one does ANYTHING here. In Germany, I walked everywhere, my dog went with me everywhere too. So I guess that in the last few weeks, I am trying to sort of recreate our walking distances, to get us back to where we were. I want her to lose about 8 pounds herself!0
