Finally back on app after a few years. Been working out for about 4 months and decided to get back on app. I noticed when I added my workout today it didn't add in top part . what do I need to do to have it add and recalculate what I am supposed to eat

Was your workout weight lifting that you added in the Strength Training section? That section is just for you to keep track of what you're doing, it won't add calories. You can add calories for strength training by choosing that in the Cardiovascular section but be aware that those numbers can be very inflated.0

That's odd. It should. Have you checked your settings? Or are you doing strength and just putting in as strength? Because for that you need to add each exercise as it is under the strength thingy then the total time added in cardio as "strength training"0

Thanks , it was because I just had it under strength training. Once I added the amount of time I was exercising it recalculated it .0
