Stress eating

Going through some stressful times and just want to eat everything. Any suggestions?

    I know this can be tough! I try to either eat something healthy, or put some mint gum in my mouth that way I have to wait to eat because mint is usually gross with most foods.

    Something I've had to do is to try and treat the stress instead of treating the stress eating. If it's just normal stress, I can cope by focusing on what currently excites me, and just absorb them. Right now, that's cycling and Game Grumps, so I cope by going on bike rides, reading online bike magazines, and watching Game Grumps videos on youtube. Anything that helps you soothe yourself can be helpful. Self-care techniques help too, such as painting my nails or doing an at-home facial.
