Beer Gut

Fact or fiction? I will admit that if I'm left with too many calories at the end of the night, I will drink them instead of eat them. I can't stomach the thought of eating another 500 calories at night, however, I am noticing that my slitheen (Dr. Who reference) belly (you can definitely tell I had a kid a few years ago, and never did anything about it till now) is starting to shrink. I don't partake in libations that often, but I don't want a beer gut, either...

I have seen no evidence that different foods (or beverages) put fat into different areas on the body. "Beer gut" is just an overweight person who carries much of the extra weight in their stomach. AKA "apple" shape.
Or perhaps your skin suit doesn't fit right?0 -

I'm really excited to have this baby belly shrinking, and didn't want to undo my progress. Good to know! Thank you!0
