The picture on the left is from October 2014, and the picture on the right is from June 29th. I just started lifting weights on May 18th. I think I see a difference, but it might be wishful thinking. So be honest. Thanks! Oh, and sorry about the dirty mirror and being farther away in the one picture.

Yeah, your love handles are diminishing. Sides and back. Your butt may be getting perkier too, hard to tell if that's just an illusion from the love handles being gone off your back but who cares you're looking great!0

Your waist has slimmed down a few inches and your booty seems to have lifted a bit. Keep it up, it only gets better0

what program are you using?
I'm not using a specific program. I just use a combination of free weights and weight machines for probably 30-40 minutes 3-4 days a week. I do triceps, chest, and shoulders one day; back and biceps another day; and legs another day. I try to do squats at every workout, and sometimes I add in a few core exercises, although I've been slacking in that area. I don't go up in weight at every workout, but as I get stronger I lift heavier so I'm still challenging myself. I haven't been doing much cardio - running or using the elliptical maybe twice a week for twenty minutes - but I'm upping it a little now as I've started swimming again. I'm eating at maintenance and making sure I get enough protein, around a hundred grams every day. It seems to be working for me so far. I feel good, and it feels sustainable! That's something I've never said before!
