Ate out, unplanned, within my calories!

I went to Cardiff for the day to see a friend and we ended up going to Pizza Express for lunch. We shared starters (doughballs and garlic bread with mozzarella) and I got a Diavolo (Romana) pizza for my main course. I decided on the Diavolo to help me hit my protein target for the day as I thought I'd better justify the calories in the meal!
Having got home and decided that I don't need dinner, because I had a big lunch! I've logged everything and found out that I'm within my calorie limit for the day! I've had a few weeks off MFP and it's just such a great feeling that I went off-plan today but still managed to keep to my goals. I hit my protein too!
So it's just a little post to celebrate the fact that I had fun AND hit my targets!

Great job! Going out to eat is always a challenge!!! I'm impressed you were able to do it. It's a good idea to just skip dinner. I will have to do that myself.

Thanks! I always seem to plan what I'll eat out before I go, which takes some of the fun out when I'm there, but I just went with the flow!!0
