Do you know how to get rid of leg and belly fat off it is hard on me to lose it off my belly and my legs do you know how to get and rid fat off your belly and leg fat off

    You can't spot reduce. Continue eating at a deficit and eventually you'll lose the fat.

    You will lose it all over. Unfortunately, we don't get to choose where it comes from, so just keep doing what you're doing.
