Trying this again...

Hi all! So, typical- I was doing really well and going strong for 7 weeks before I hit a bump in the road and became overwhelmed with everything. After about 4 weeks off I'm right back to where I started, but with an attitude worse than ever (and a little extra dramatics.) To top everything off about 2 and a half weeks ago hiking I messed my knee up a bit- I went jogging for the first time (and the gym to be honest) since I angered it. It was a little tight and I was a little conservative with it, but it seems to be doing fine now and I think I can feel confidant about going to the gym daily again
Aside from that, I'm into my 6th month of unemployment and my motivation and focus are at an all time low. Some huge life changes have come my way in addition to being unemployed I have moved from Africa back to the states, after 7 years- back with my parents (after 12 years), quit smoking and turned 30. Any words of support and motivation would be really appreciated, for the first time I feel like I need someone to help me pull myself up by the bootstraps and I thought this was the best place to start.
Looking forward to hearing from you and thanks in advance!!

Sorry you are going through so much right now. Life can be so overwhelming! Many times I wish I could be a kid again and not worry about money, jobs, bills, etc.
Maybe getting back on track with a healthy diet and some exercise will give you the boost you need... it is something you can control... meaning that sometimes outside influences affect your work situation, or the need to move back home...
Just my thoughts... feel free to tell me to jump off a bridge! Sometimes when I'm feeling low like that, the last things I want to hear are suggestions!! So with that said, if you want to add me and we can help each other out, that'd be great... If not, that's ok, too... but either way, I wish you the best with everything!! It will get better, just hang in there!! :flowerforyou:0
