30DS +21Day Fix

I just started a group for a challenge me and my sister will be doing. Since making the group last night I've had 5 other people join into the group, so I'd thought I'd see if anyone else would want to join. Me and my sister will be posting in it daily, so if you need someone to hold you accountable we'll be there for you.

What we will be doing is a combo between Jillian Micheals 30 day shred and the diet outline from the 21 day fix. Both these programs have shown big results and the best part is you can do it for FREE! You can watch the 30 day shred workouts on YouTube and like me and my sister use measuring cups instead of the 21 day fix containers (I'll explain the guidelines for it in the group).

Our challenge started today, but it's okay if you want to start a few days late. Depending on how well this does we could do more challenges.
