If you have ever tried TruVision for weightloss, can you please critique it here? I used the trial pack this week and, surprisingly, It worked! However, I am more interested in those that used it for one month or longer. How did it go for you?

Caloric deficit is what worked. Save your money.0

^^this.
I'd be careful with OTC weight loss supplements. They are not regulated by the FDA and you have no idea what companies are actually putting in them.
Just skip the meds and stick with the calorie deficit.0 -
when it comes to weight loss, it is super easy to get sidetracked and "sweat the small stuff"
Supplmentation is definitely small stuff, generally with no scientific evidence to support it having any effect, and if there is some basis the effect is still small.
The "big stuff" that is worth your time and attention - eating the right amount of food, that means logging and measuring so you are accurate and eating about 10-20% less than you burn per day, finding your individual way of eating that is most sustainable (what combo of fats/carbs/protein, eating schedule, and approach to eating out/treats works best for you), getting enough sleep, and moving your body.0 -
I have been on my fitness journey for 4 almost 5 yrs. After such a long time our bodies do get kinda messed up and sometimes just watching calories doesn't work anymore. I lowered calories and i raised calories. Nothing worked. Exercised everyday. You name it and I've done it. So i have been on a standstill for a whole year. Finally in the last week tried TruVision. In this one week time have lost 4.2 lbs. So yea I would say something is helping because I am still eating just like I have for the past 4 yrs. I will continue to try it a little longer and see but 4.2 lbs is pretty persuasive to me0

Sorry, unless you burned 14,700 more calories than you consumed in one week, it's unlikely. You may have done something else that triggered some water weight loss, but it's very very unlikely you'll continue to see that rate of loss from fat.
Truvision, like all weight loss "supplements" package unproven ingredients in unknown doses. Many actually do not even contain the listed ingredients and may contain ingredients that are unregulated or dangerous. Also, companies like Truvision are primarily MLM schemes where the product is simply a hook to bring in more "distributers".

There is no way you lost 4.2 lbs of fat in one week. You lost water weight, which will come back. TruVision (and other OTC supplements that claim weight loss) are unproven and ill regulated.
OP - eat at a calorie deficit. It's worked for all of us giving you this advice. It can be done!0 -
If you have been eating a calorie restricted diet 5 yrs, you certainly ought to know what works for you and what dont. I have never quit. 90 pounds later I ought to know. And I am not a distributor just trying it out because nothing else is working for me0
