Very new to this!!

Hello friends!! My name is Julia, I'm currently a nursing major entering into my junior year of college. I started off college as being 135 lbs but after a tremendous amount of stress and lack of sleep that number has grown. I am now 172 lbs and I want to fix that. My goal is to get back down to my original weight, maybe a bit slimmer, but I need your help and encouraging words! I tend to give up easily and I would hate to give up on myself. Please help me out!
