i've had the advantage of being 5'9" since my teenage years however I have been a size 12 since my 30s. I lost 25 pounds two years ago achieving a size 10 but that only lasted for three months. I am now approaching a size 14 and weigh 192! I don't really care what I weigh but I want to be in a size 10-12. Appetite suppressants and exercise are a must for me. I want a support group especially for those times when I want to kill for chocolate!

Hi! I'm 45 (will be 46 at the end of this month). The slowing metabolism stinks! I'm sending you a friend request because I often want to kill for chocolate too.0

So my solution is to walk or workout and then retreat to my bedroom and stay away from the kitchen. I get about 9 hours of sleep a night this way too! What do you do?0

47 years old. Looking to lose 102 pounds. Would love to be added to motivate each other, especially at this time in our lives when it becomes more difficult.0

Hey ladies it's not easy trying to loose weight but when you a group of ladies in same boat it makes it a bit easier because we can all lean from each other.
