so i started going to the gym last month (6x/week) and at the first week i eat normally but reducing my meal intake to 1200. i lost about 3-4kg at the first and second week. now I'm eating healthy (vegan diet, but i still eat chicken) and stuff, still going to the gym. but i even gain 1kg. for what i do at the gym, i usually go to the elliptical for about 20 - 30 mins, run on the treadmill 10 mins and light weight training. i was around 65kg , now I'm 62.

Water weight is a thing. Other than that, are you weighing your food on a digital scale? All your food? No 'cups', 'pieces', and 'spoons'? Make sure you truly eat 1200 calories + max half your exercise calories if you are using the MFP database to calculate them. People tend to eat more than they think and log more burn than they actually accomplish.

Your shift in foods doesn't matter for weight loss. Weight loss is literally calories in vs calories out. If you eat less than you burn, you will lose weight.

Edited to say I took a look at your diary and now I really encourage you to weigh your food. Lots of spoons and pieces there, mostly of high caloric items (cereal, bananas, potatoes, bread, spreads, etc). Buy and use a scale for everything! If you are gaining weight, I can pretty much guarantee you are eating more than you think. Good luck!

Obviously you don't know what vegan means considering your diet is full of meat, eggs and dairy.
