Counting macros

I've decided to focus on my macro distribution to try and lose at least 5 kilos.
Currently, based on heaps of calculations ive worked out that im going to need around 90g of protein, 134g of carbohydrates and 31g of fat.
Has anyone been really successful with macros and weightloss?
Any help would be appreciated!

So what you are really asking is if 1175 calories is enough to lose weight. Calories and calories alone are the only determining factor for weight-loss (period). 1175 calories might be an issue as no one is going to tell you to go below 1200 calories for an extended period of time to lose weight, so you will need to address that as well as activity to lose weight. The macro numbers you have will dictate better what your body composition will be from that weight loss, assuming you are providing stimulus to keep muscle. Based on those numbers, you are already fairly small, so be conservative on the rate of your weight loss. Also, you might want to look and research at doing a recomp instead as I don't know your stats.0
