Getting back on...again!!!!

Hi everyone I'm Nancy better known as Naneet (Na-neat). Just want to make some fitness buddies who can keep me motivated. I've fallen off this lose weight wagon over and over again and I'm trying again to be successful. If you have any advice I'd love to hear it.

If I don't respond fast enough it's because i go to school, work, and help out my mom but I promise to be on everyday!!!

    Welcome and good luck! Try to make eating healthy and getting at least 30 mins of exercise a day a habit. Making it part of your lifestyle will make it harder (hopefully) to fall off the wagon again. Add me if you'd like.
