    Here's a link to the BMR calculator to figure your resting calories burn. Enter your info and your goal weight plus then determine your daily activity level. It will then tell you how many calories you can eat and still lose weight; subtract 500 to lose 1 pound subtract 1000 to lose 2 pounds.
