So, 2 wks ago started running,my friend & I are signing up for a half marathon in Feb.At the start of my walk/run it's a pretty steep hill/mountain,..normally it takes me 10 mins to get up this thing,..and I'm bout to fall over getting to the top!! Today got it up the hill in just 7mins!!!!!,and was able to run a total of 16 mins outta 40,to complete 3miles!!,..NOW I'm not sure..... if that time is good,but it sure felt great to get up that darn hill w/ out as much huff'in & puff'in!!!:drinker: ,.....and to top it off my size 12/14 stretchy shorts(that I don't wear in public)...are now loose!!!!!! WHHHOOOOO-HOOOOOOO!!:laugh: :drinker: I'm no Forest Gump,...but there just might be a runner in me!:happy:

    of course its a good time, its an improvement on what you did it before so its classed as a great time :)

    anyway, a great nsv (only just learnt what that means), before long you'll be doing cartwheels all the way up that hill :)

    Congrats on your progress!! It must feel great. Running is one thing my body just doesn't like.
