hello,
Over the last 5 years I gained a lot of weight and now need to lose 100lbs through diet and exercise. After 4 years of a sedentary lifestyle I've just gotten back into the gym. I've been using the tredmill only and taking Zumba classes.
Should I also incorporate light weights workout? I want to lose all my fat but am afraid if I do light weights I'll gain muscle on fat.
Help????

BOTH! Cardio and weights. You want to incorporate weights so that you can maintain as much lean body mass as possible. Not to mention, the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn… even at rest. Muscle is your friend. It will help you lose that fat.0

you'll retain muscle and lose fat. Lift something heavy, put it down, lift it again.
Cardio is good for heart and general health, lifting helps to retain muscle whilst losing fat. You won't bulky, not without trying.
