yup - messed up again. 4 beers and pizza slices. all this weeks work down the drain - or should I say - "NOT" down the drain - still stuck to my belly and butt!

If it's just one day, you're fine. Log it and start over the next day. It's ok to go over occasionally. If it becomes a constant habit, then you have to reevaluate what you're doing, but everyone has off days. ^_^0
