yup - messed up again. 4 beers and pizza slices. all this weeks work down the drain - or should I say - "NOT" down the drain - still stuck to my belly and butt!

just have to remember its happening less and less. I am making progress. I am making progress. I am making progress...repeat as needed. :/

    If it's just one day, you're fine. Log it and start over the next day. It's ok to go over occasionally. If it becomes a constant habit, then you have to reevaluate what you're doing, but everyone has off days. ^_^
