Hello everyone
I'm Kelsey.
I can't even count how many times I've tried to lose weight...at 22 years old, I've struggled for over half my life with weight and body image issues. Enough is enough! I think this time is the time...I will succeed. I got a fitbit, a gym membership (and my sister is willing to go with me and push me!), and I reallyyy need to clean up my eating. Looking for any support and guidance through this. Someone to push and motivate me would be nice.
Glad to be here

Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
Ignore your Fitbit calorie goal and follow MFP's, eating back your adjustments. No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both.

I love to help motivate people with healthy eating tips! And sometimes you have to get to the point where you are absolutely done with it to make progress. I felt that way last August and since then I lost 20 pounds and pretty much plateaued... even though I eat well I never make time to exercise! You can do this girl!!0
