    Hey! Welcome. Work out tip #1: Start with 30 minutes of cardio 2 days a week. When you're sweating you're losing fat so try and sweat at whatever you chose to do. Great snack ideas: Tuna w/ pepper on whole wheat or flax crackers, salad with low fat cheese, cranberries, spinach, nuts, cabbage, broccoli, vinegar & olive oil. Cabbage soup, hard boiled egg, iced green mint tea & one of my favorites homemade sweet potato fries.

    Get a food scale. Weigh and measure everything you it. Consistently log it. Once you're used to that, and have an idea of how much you typically eat, see how many calories that is, and look at what MFP says you should be eating. Slowly start to cut back on calories, if you need to. Swap out caloric drinks for non/low calorie ones. Start small with a workout you like and build from there. Just find ways to put healthier habits into place one or two at a time, take baby steps and go from there.
