Sore, tired legs

First let me say I've run off and on for years but now my legs feel tired and tight during runs. I can ever seem to be able to get them loose. Any ideas?

How much and how often have you been running before they started feeling like this? How long have you been running "on" this time?
What's your post-run (yes, afterwards) stretching routine like? Do you do any strength work (myrtl hip exercises, bodyweight lunges and squats, or heavy lifting, whatever) to strengthen your core and glutes?0 -
Have you balanced your running with a complementary program, such as yoga, to prevent getting stiffer and less flexible over time?0

Moderate running with plenty of rest days with some mountain biking0
