Carbs vs. Net Carbs

I'm eating these protein bars that say "Only 5g Net Carbs". Then on the back they say "Carbohydrates 24g, Fiber 19g".
For logging, do I use the 24 or the 5 for Carbs?

MFP usually goes with total carbs. I would log the 24.
If you go with Net Carbs I would do it for everything, in which case you'll probably have to do more math. Total carbs - fibre = net carbs.
I find it easier to look at the end of the day and subtract fibre from total calories then, if you are interested in knowing net carbs that it.0 -
When I eat a Quest bar I search for the net carb listing in MFP and enter that instead of the total carb listing.0
