Hello everyone, thought I'd introduce myself and welcome anyone to add me as a friend for support.
I started my weight loss journey when I first began college (weighing 265). Within a year I was able to get down to a cut 155lbs through lots of weight lifting and diet change. A lot changed after college though, since then (5 year ago) I've gotten married, bought a house, and have a cushy office job where I do little to no movement for 9 hours a day
I've gone back up to 205lbs and found this app. So far I've dropped 8lbs in 2 weeks.
I welcome anyone to add me as a friend and follow my diary and workouts for advice and to share any critique as well.
