Let's do this together!

Getting ready to start a 2 month challenge to myself and others who are interested in being disciplined. I count calories and try to walk 30 min 3 times a week and do sit ups (as many as I can now and work my way up as I go). So this is not an overnight fix, but a slow gradual process of loosing weight and eating healthier (no strange foods). I need my clothes to fit like they once did!!!
A cute sundress with NO pooch is in my future!!!
I CAN do this and you CAN too!!!!!!
