Weight Tied to Memories

As I'm losing weight, I've started to realize that I think of certain weights as belonging to a certain period of time or event in my life.
After losing 18 pounds, I remembered I was at the same weight I had been when we moved states to our current (and permanent) location.
Another 7 pounds down and I remembered that was the weight I had been when we vacationed in Hawaii...from there I literally started thinking about how the next 10 pounds down will be the weight I was when I realized I was expecting our 2nd child. Another 16 down from that and I will be at my starting weight when I found out I was pregnant with our first child. And so on.
When I started out, from a weight perspective I had two goals: 1) get below 200 and 2) ultimately land somewhere in the range of 130 - 145. But apparently I have all these mini-goals in my mind that I wasn't even aware of until I started hitting them. It's kind of cool because I'm also starting to mentally think about my stash of too small clothes and which ones I might be able to wear again...there's a dress in my closet I'm dying to try on (but still a little afraid to) because I realized I bought it shortly before we moved and it fit perfectly then.
