Changed jobs - tracking calories

So my job has gone from about 500 steps a day to 8000. Should I keep my sedentary status the same and just track the extra exercise orrr??

    If you get hungrier, then heck yeah, I'd change the status. It all depends on if you need those extra calories. Otherwise, you can lose all the more quickly without eating back those calories. If you do additional exercises, I'd count those.

    If your lifestyle has changed so that you are no longer sedentary, update your profile to something other than sedentary. Start with lightly active and see how that goes.
