hey everyone!! I started using this about a week ago. I'm "trying" to use it as a way to help me eat properly while still losing weight. I kind of have a problem with making myself eat. So far I THINK it's working, but I'm always WAY under my target for calorie intake every day. Idk maybe I'll get better.

    Take a few days to just log what you normally eat. Then use that information to see where to cut back and be at your daily calorie goal. If you stay too low for too long you may be so hungry you crash and binge. Don't change everything about the foods you eat. Make small changes. If a lot of calories are coming from soda, cut back. If it's coming from snacks, portion out less. Use logging as information to make better choices, not as a jail cell, barring you from eating anything.

    I actually don't have a problem with needing to cut back calories. I need to find ways to ADD them. When I was younger I had a problem so many in ballet struggle with. Now as an adult, I am over weight due to Thyroid cancer and having kids, but due to a lot of stress I started slipping back into old habits from when I was younger. I'm using this as a way to SEE how many calories I need to try and add. It's hard because I just don't want to eat. I know what you mean about binging but I've never had a problem with that. At my worst, around 14, I went almost a year on hardly anything and never got hunger or binged.

    Thanks for the support! I know if you look at my log it doesn't seem like it but I've almost double my intake since using this. I still have bad days. But at least I'm actually eating everyday now and making an effort.
